      How reproducible:
      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1.Configure Quay with clair v4
      2.Push image to namespace whitelist
      3.Check image vulnerability in UI

      Actual results:
      Cannot load scanner info

      Expected results:
      Show scanner info in UI

      Additional info:
      Works well with quay.io/quay/quay:v3.3.0-2 , only occur in v3.3.0-3
