Description:

This is an issue in found in Quay 3.10 new UI, when there're a lot of Quay Organizations(e.g. 1k+), Quay Customers need to find its own namespace from the long list or user filter, so Quay new UI should add new tab named "my namespace" on the left , so they can access their Quay user namespace directly, pls review this issue.
