Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install CSO on OCP 4.2
2.Deploy pod using image from Quay
3.Login OCP console, check imagemanifestvuln in console

Actual results:
1.No ImageManifestVuln details view in console
2.cannot show ImageManifestVuln details in pod
3.No ImageManifestVuln panel under adminstration

Expected results:
Show ImageManifestVuln details
