Quay 3.10 new UI can't add normal user to quay new team during Create team wizard

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.10 new UI, when create new team, during wizard at step to add team members, found can add robot accounts to the new team, but can't add other normal quay users to this new team, pls review this issue.

      Quay: quay-operator-bundle-container-v3.10.0-136

      After search found the quay users and click, can't add this quay user to the new team:
