Quay 3.10 new UI should validate the user input "The number of tags to keep" when creating new autoprunepolicy

      Description:

      This is an issue found on Quay 3.10 new UI, when enabled autoprunepolicy with flag "FEATURE_AUTO_PRUNE: true", after input invalid numbers during create new autoprunepolicy, Quay new UI throw error message "Could not update auto-prune policy, AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400", suggest add validations on new UI, pls review this issue.
