[Stage.quay.io]: Repositories operation doesn't be effective on user's current view

      Description of problem:

      When add/delete an repository on stage.quay.io after DB migration with new UI, user can't see the result until refresh the page.

      Delete Repository

      Note:

      On Downstream 3.10, Organization page has similar issue, but Repository page doesn't
