Superuser can't see, modify or delete a mirror config under user namespace even FEATURE_SUPERUSERS_FULL_ACCESS is set to True.
The only option is to take ownership to do this but this will turn the user into a organization and it is not reversible.

As an administrator, I need the ability to change or delete a mirror config. Or to change the repo state from `mirror` to `normal`.
