Vulnerability reports missing after Quay upgrade

      One of our customers upgraded Quay from 3.7.11 to 3.8.10 using the operator.

      After the upgrade, all vulnerability reports disappeared from Quay UI, and images are stuck in "Queued" status.
      The issue does not apply to newly pushed images.

      The following article on our KB helps to force the rescan and get back the vulnerability reports but that requires a manual intervention on Quay's database.

      Can you please help us understand why the vulnerability reports disappeared and why images are stuck in "Queued" status?
