Description:
This is an issue found when configuring a repository as mirror status, at the configuration page,
at the initial setup when choose "Sync Interval" as minutes, then the list show weeks, customers need to reconfigure again to select "Sync Interval" as minutes, see the attached screenshots for reference.

Steps:
1. Login Quay
2. Create new repository
3. Go to setting page to configure this new repository as mirror status
4. Go to mirroring page, provide correct "Registry Location", "Tags"
5. Select the "Sync Interval" as minutes

Expected Results:
The "Sync Interval" will show as minutes.

Actual Results:
The "Sync Interval" will show as weeks.
