As a user of Quay.io, if I purchase a Paid Plan through Stripe and then purchase one or more Subscriptions (e.g. through AWS Marketplace), my total number of entitled private repositories should be the sum total of the active Stripe Plan and all non-attached Subscriptions.

If one of my Subscriptions is attached to an Organization then the number of private repositories in that Subscription should be deducted from my total entitlement count (as the Organization now gets to use that entitlement).
