Description:
This is an issue of Quay 3.9.0, when deploy Quay with Logs Model as Splunk, on Quay Config Editor, the filed "Action Log Storage Configuration" is NULL, and in this situation, when click "Validate Configuration Changes", no checking here, ideally here the field should show "Splunk", pls review this issue.
