[Stage.quay.io] Confirm Email notification hit Nginx 404 Error

      Description:

      This is an issue in stage.quay.io env, after configuring Email Notification for specific image repo, at the step of Confirm Email, Click "Confirm Email" from received Email, hit Nignx 404 Error. Pls review this issue.
