      Hi Team,

      We have a request from the client to support minio storage with quay, as per them there is strong momentum for minio in the market currently.

      1. Proposed title of this feature request

      >> MinIO as a supported storage option for Red Hat Quay

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      Support the usage of MinIO as object storage for Red Hat Quay

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      >> In our private cloud environment, we want to deploy a production-grade registry based using Red Hat Quay. An object storage is required for that.
      MinIO is gaining increasing popularity as enterprise object storage and our company has chosen MinIO as the standard.
      Therefore, we want to use MinIO as object storage for Quay.

      4. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

      >> Red Hat includes MinIO to its tested options for Quay and fully supports Red Hat Quay deployments with MinIO.

      5. For each functional requirement listed in question 4, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
