Clair support indexing Jenkins plugins (.jpi and .hpi files)

      Jenkins plugins are files with suffix .jpi or .hpi. They are just JAR files which follows certain conventions.

      These files contain META-INF/MANIFEST.MF which is already considered by ClairCore's JAR analysis.
