Account for architecture for Amazon Linux vulnerabilities

Amazon Linux vuln feeds accounts for package architecture. Right now, Clair only cares about x86_64 architectures, but it may want to account for other architectures in the future. To account for other architectures, Clair needs to consider each vulnerable package's architecture.
