Epic Goal
- Enable the storage quota feature on quay.io so we can then change storage policy for free-tier customers.
Why is this important?
- The original 'all you can eat' policy for storage is no longer tenable as a business strategy for quay.io.
- We need real world validation that quota works at-scale.
Scenarios
- <PM TBD>
Acceptance Criteria
- CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
- Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.
- ...
Dependencies (internal and external)
- Requires the quota re-tooling in
PROJQUAY-3942.
