customer clusters are disconnected and they have a mirror registry (standalone quay) with an attached standalone clairV4  on VMs running with podman. These Machines have internet access to mirror images and in the case of the standalone clairv4 to update the postgresdb. The deployments in the disconnected clusters are now allowed to connect to the postgres container on the connected, standalone clairv4 instance. So there are in total 4 clair instances sharing the database of the connected podman host.
