Internally we need a way to track user activity and behavior on the platform so we know what areas to invest in and decommission.

Update: In the email thread I started with Parag and Doron (Openshift PMs), we learned Amplitude tooling hasn't been fully configured yet and that we are on the queue to incorporate it in our product with no timeline yet set.

Given those conditions at this time Amplitude didn't align with our timelines for capturing user feedback especially on our beta launch of the new UI and in general. We needed to capture valuable user data when launching the new face of Quay.io but we do plan to converge to Amplitude after the Pendo subscription expires and when the team is ready to support us in integrating Amplitude into our Product.
