      • Create quay Site A and push images.
      • Use rclone (https://rclone.org) to copy Site A bucket contents to Site B bucket.
      • Enable quay at Site B and trigger backfill to update the quay database tables ManifestBlob and imagestorageplacement.

      Customer has observed during testing that storagereplication triggered by backfill is re-copying data from Site A to Site B even though the files/layers exist in the bucket at Site B.
