Quay 3.8.0 new UI can't display vulnerability and child manifest size for multiple architect image tag

      Description:

      This is an issue of Quay 3.8.0 new UI, when the image tag is multiple architect, Quay new UI can't show the image vulnerability scan results and the size are not correct, see the following scree shots.
