Description:

This is an issue of Quay 3.8.0, after enabled "FEATURE_SUPERUSERS_FULL_ACCESS: True", Quay Superuser can view organization created by other normal user, but can't see the image repository, see the following screenshots, here "demo" is normal quay users, and "demo_org1" and "demo_org2" are organizations created by that normal user.
