      Description:

      This is an issue of Quay 3.8.0 Operator, when Quay 3.8.0 is released, as quay product support policy is only supporting the latest 3 major versions, so the expected channel list is only show "stable-3.8", "stable-3.7", "stable-3.6", pls review this issue.
