Description:

This is an UI of Quay 3.8.0 legacy UI, after push some images to new image repository under users namespace and organizations, check super user admin panel, found the fonts size of these two tab is different, on users tab the fonts size much larger, compated with Quay 3.7.7, the behavior is changed, see the following screenshots. Pl review if this is expected UI change.
