Add RHOCS3 as an additional storage backend option to all Quay docs

Add RHOCS to all product docs where we call out the list of supported storage options for Quay. 

Best case / stretch goal: use RHOCS3 as the default example to explain the storage setup for Quay in the Quay on OpenShift deployment guide.
