Description of problem:

When mirror many image tags at the same time, some tags were mirrored successfully, some tags were not.  

The tags be mirrored unsuccessfully should not be displayed as normal in Repository Tags page, or should have a specific label in page to show it is not available.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. configure mirror as below and trigger the mirror

2. check mirror logs 

3. check image tags
