In the situation depicted in the screenshot I have 3 repositories, each with a couple of tags. Only one of the 3 repositories is showing storage consumption. What sets the repository apart from the other 2 is that it only has regular manifests tagged, not manifests lists. The other 2 repositories have only manifests lists in them, each of the manifest list item is showing the correct image size but the manifest list itself does not report any size (known UI behavior) and it seems the aggregate size of all manifest children is not taken into account when calculating the repository level consumption.
