    Description

      The current version of nginx in the Quay container is 1.14.

      # podman run --rm -it --entrypoint /bin/bash registry.redhat.io/quay/quay-rhel8:v3.6.2

      According to the article here, this version of nginx is no longer supported on RHEL systems:

      https://access.redhat.com/solutions/4399931

      Minimal supported version is 1.18. We should update nginx for future versions of Quay container.
