Better prometheus metrics for container security operator.

As part of AppSRE monitoring infrastructure, we utilize container security operator to find image vulnerability data in the clusters we manage.  

AppSRE is interested in having good metrics that we can rely on to identify the service is working as expected so we can alert appropriately. As an alternative we are looking into kube metrics such as pod count, memory utilization etc until we have better metrics. 

Per my conversation with rmarasch@redhat.com , container-security-operator lacks good instrumentation currently. So consider this as an RFE.
