This Jira is a continuation of PROJQUAY-3996  and focuses on building upon parity with the current UI.

Goal: is to build as much parity as possible while prioritizing new key functions like: search filters, My Quay page analytics.

Why is this important: We are building off of what currently works in the UI and adding new features that make users' experience enjoyable/easier to use Quay.io.
