PrometheusRule is not being parsed correctly

Hello,

The PrometheusRule of QuayRegistry CRD monitoring component managed and created by the Quay Operator is not being parsed correctly in the alert manager neither Prometheus.

With the current rule is not possible to identify where is the issue, the namespace, pod, etc is not shown correctly.
