Azure storage fails with 500 error

      After setting up Azure storage, a push of an image fails with a "unexpected 500 error". Debugging, the error is actually `Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.`

      This error is a result of updating the `azure` python packages. The ones that work with existing code are:
