New Quay installation. Created organization as regular user. As Admin, set a 200MB quota and then attempted to add a reject limit policy. When more than 3 digits (e.g. 200) are typed into the field UI gives the following error:

"Error: Decimal entries are not supported. Please enter a positive integer."
