Quay 3.7.0 guide should note the password of config editor will not change after reconcile

Description:

This is an Doc issue of Quay 3.7.0, in Quay 3.6 when user make change with config editor and click 'reconfigure quay', next time user need to retrieve the new login password of config editor, but in Quay 3.7.0 the login password of quay config editor will not change after operator reconcile the change, pls update the doc accordingly.

regarding the password: now that we are constantly reconciling QuayRegistry objects the password is generated only once. It can be changed by the user if necessary but it is generated only once and remains the same. As for the other problem, let's wait for Jonathan King to check it out.
