This is an issue found for Quay 3.7.0 Quota management, now Quay UI support how the the storage consumption of whole quay registry, but based the testing results, it can only the show the sum of storage consumption of all organizations, not including the user accounts namespace, hence the overall storage consumption is not accurate, pls review this issue.

luffy zhang your understanding is correct. This pane should have the information about how much storage the entire registry is consuming. It's not the sum of all organizations since user accounts aren't show in this panel.
