Quay 3.7.0 start to support Geo-Replication, and in this deployment, let's say Quay1 deployment on OCP1 in US region, and Quay2 deployment on OCP2 in UK region, when completed the deployment, if Quay Customers want to make some configuration change with config editor(like add new superuser, adjust image tag expiration time, etc), as these configs are stored in config.yaml, Quay customers need to make the same change twice to keep the quay configurations the same across multiple regions.

Here suggest add a note in Quay Docs to reminder customers to keep the config the same, that means if make config change to Quay1 with config editor1, Customer need to make the same change to Quay2 with config editor2. In this way can make sure the config is consistent in Geo-Replication deployment Mode.
