Quay 3.7.0 Mirror images was failed with error " x509: certificate is not authorized to sign other certificates"

      Description:

      This is an issue found when use Quay 3.7.0 to mirror images from external registry, after set mirror configurations, the mirror job was failed, with error message "Get \"https://quay370.apps.quayperf370.perfscale.devcluster.openshift.com/v2/\": x509: certificate is not authorized to sign other certificates""

      Note: This issue can be reproduced with managed TLS and unmanaged TLS components.
