We need to document the clair custom config in the Operator. Questions that need to be answered:

• How do I, as an user, provide my own Clair config through the operator ?
• How do I, as an user, can understand the Clair configuration parameters ?
• How do I, as an user, can update the Clair configuration ?

This might be already documented, I am creating this Jira card so we can at least double check we have these docs in place prior to v3.7 release.
