Quay-Mirror: Unable to change "NO_PROXY"
Description

What problem/issue/behavior are you having trouble with? What do you expect to see?

During mirroring within the quay registry we need to setup "NO_PROXY=.zf-world.com"
This is working great on first configuration. But changeing is not possible, except we remove the "-".
