Updating tag expiration date gives wrong "previous date" in usage logs

      Description:

      To reproduce, create a repository (the example does by pulling an image from a proxy org) then update the tag expiration date. Open the usage logs, get "Tag v3.4.0-4 set to expire on April 26, 2022 3:25 PM (previously June 20, 54289 5:52 PM)", here the "previously June 20, 54289 5:52 PM" is confused hardcode date, pls review. Make sure to click the ">" arrow to expand the log, otherwise the information in parenthesis won't show.
