This is an issue found when deploy Quay with Quay 3.7.0 Operator, when choose to use unmanaged TLS and unmanaged postgres component, here the provided external postgresql DB doesn't have pg_trgm extension, by creating config bundle secret "oc create secret generic --from-file config.yaml=./config.yaml --from-file ssl.cert=./ssl.cert --from-file ssl.key=./ssl.key config-bundle-secret", the quay upgrade Job was failed, that's the expected behavior, but the TLS component status report "TLS unmanaged but config bundle does not contain certs", that's not correct, actually in the config bundle secret, have provide required tls cert/key pair.
