As a user of Quay I need to be able to see details about an image Tag

      In the new PatternFly UI, when a user gets to the Repository Detail page and clicks on a Tag name, it should take them to the Tag Detail Page.

      On the page we need to see:

      General details

      • Tag creation date
      • Modify date
      • Digest
      • Platforms (multi-arch images)
      • size 
      • Download shortcuts
      • Vulnerabilities identified

      Signature details

      Multi-architecture details
