In the new PatternFly UI, we want a page devoted to a list of all Repositories that the user has access to.

List should be able to handle a large number of repositories (e.g. superuser who may have access to all repositories in the entire registry) and be paginated/infinite scrolling.

For repositories that contain manifest lists, we should show the individual architectures being provided.

Users should be able to create a new Repository from this page.
