Description:
This is an issue found when check image vulnerability with Quay 3.7.0, now after deploy Quay with Quay 3.7.0 Operator, found the images vulnerability scan results show all passed for target images with known vulnerability, checked Clair APP POD, get error ""message":"failed to create notifications", refer to quay370_clair_pod2.logs
and quay370_clair_pod1.logs
Quay Image: quay-operator-bundle-container-v3.7.0-33
Note: this issue is not existed in previous image quay-operator-bundle-container-v3.7.0-32
