I'd like to suggest a feature to allow OAuth apps run as robot accounts; right now, system applications will be at risk when someone leaves (since you want to remove them from the repository for security hygiene purposes). The workaround is to create a "fake user" account, but then of course that defeats the purpose of having robot accounts.
