OpenShift image pulls for some images have started using quayio-production-s3.s3.amazonaws.com which has changed from quay-registry.s3.amazonaws.com.

quayio-production-s3.s3.amazonaws.com is not in our firewall documentation and this is causing pulls to fail for anyone restricting traffic.
