Description of problem:

When a user is cloning (mirroring) via oc adm mirror, new organizations are required for example for 'ocp', 'olm' and custom pieces.

With a Token, user can create them but the token is only displayed on initial user creation on installation, running a clone process after the initial installation requires a token than apparently can be obtained via CLI commands or if original user initialization token has not been saved
