      Value of REGISTRY_TITLE is only shown in the browser tab on the index page
      e.g. https://quay.example/ as `$REGISTRY_TITLE · Quay` in the tab
      Not on the sub pages... there it's `$SUB_PAGE · Quay` e.g. `Search · Quay`
      When a user has a lot amounts of tab open in the browser it would be good to see the REGISTRY_TITLE or the REGISTRY_TITLE_SHORT value in the tab name. Especially when the user has tabs of different quays open...
      e.g. `$SUB_PAGE · $REGISTRY_TITLE[_SHORT]`
