Operator treats Kubernetes "services" as being "immutable objects".  Immutable objects, following the Operator logic, are deleted and created every time the reconcile runs.

If we delete services and create them again they most likely will receive a different IP address. 

We have to patch services as we do with any other object (exception made for jobs).
