    Description

      We need to do some things after this change is merged: https://github.com/quay/clair/pull/1471

       

      • Update the indexer API metrics in the grafana dashboard
      • Add new dashboard for rate-limiting
      • Add alert threshold for rate-limiting
      • Add SOP+runbook to app-interface for rate-limiting 
      • Regenerate grafana dashboard config map and update production dashboard hash in app-interface
