As a Quay Administrator
I would like to override quay, clair and mirror environment variables through the CRD
So I can customize each deployment

NOTES

• This is needed for the geo-replication feature
• Users must be able to override the preferred storage location
• This feature also allows users to customize proxy configuration

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

• Users can create custom env vars for Quay in the CRD
• Users can create custom env vars for Clair in the CRD
• Users can create custom env vars for Mirror in the CRD
• Each env variable set in the CRD is present in the running component
